Job Description:
The IT Forensic Intern will be primarily responsible for
assisting in the investigation and analysis of cyber-security incidents and
potential data breaches. The Intern will work under the direction of the IT Forensics
Team Lead to provide technical support in the collection, analysis, and
reporting of digital evidence. The position also involves assisting in the
development and implementation of IT Forensics policies and procedures.
Experience:
· Prior experience in an IT-related field such as software development, network security, or system administration
· Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking protocols
· Experience with data recovery and computer forensics tools
·
Familiarity with
investigative and legal processes related to IT Forensics
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
· Knowledge of computer forensics principles and practices
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
